Evidence Documentation

This field is not in use. It had been intended that the evidence would be placed in this separate field on the website after the conclusion of the oral evidence. To do so before might have prejudiced future witnesses. However, evidence referred to by witnesses in their statements can be found attached to their statements in the statements field on the website. Where evidence is referred to during oral examination, that evidence is quoted in the transcript of proceedings. When the report is published all evidence referred to will be made available on the website.
